AHBD Group Business Services is a registered Saudi entity based in Al-Sahafah, Riyadh. It was founded in 2026. Every engagement is delivered by specialist consultants brought in according to the scope of the service.
The group’s story — capability that accumulated into an entity
The group was not built on a beginning, but on capability that matured before it: a commercial root, then operational experience inside healthcare, facilities and government projects, and then a legal entity that brought it together under one name in 2026.

The root: a commercial background that began in the family business, grounding a close knowledge of the market and of running an operation.

The capability: a professional track in HR and operations, delivered inside projects across healthcare, facilities management, banking and the government sector.

The entity: AHBD Group Business Services was founded in Riyadh to bring that capability under one legal name.
From the commercial register to running the facility
Our seven practice areas cover the full lifecycle of an establishment: we start at formation and licensing, build human capital inside Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Saudization, manage projects and prepare feasibility studies, and finish at construction and the operation and maintenance of facilities. We also digitize operations on Oracle systems, and register and protect intellectual property. We work inside three sectors whose procedures we know from the field: government, healthcare, and facilities. We deliver every engagement with specialist consultants brought in according to the scope of the service.
