Nature of the Service

Our services are advisory in nature and differ from physical goods. Therefore, the seven-day return rule set for tangible products under the E-Commerce Law does not apply literally, as service delivery begins immediately upon order confirmation.

You may cancel or reschedule a consultation sufficiently ahead of its scheduled time through the contact channels below, at no additional charge.
Failure to attend a session at its scheduled time without prior notice is considered consumption of the service.
